8092 - sure Hero, if I wanted to kill myself... one guy died tubing down the todd river, others were given a 10 grand fine for boating and swimming in the todd river during it's flow.

in random other news, 4 time Finke Desert Race champion, Toby Price came 3rd in the Dakar Rally, only the second aussie to ever make it into the top 20.

8094 - both are pretty deadly, Finke Desert Race is fairly deadly too.. well deadly in the injury stakes, no deaths yet which has been good.

Hmm, the race is dangerous, indeed, but the danger mostly is man made.

Dry riverbeds, now, that's quite a different pair of shoes. You do not always notice that you're entering one and you just can't trust them to stay dry.
